Who we are... APEL believes that its success is contingent upon providing products and services, that enable customers to be successful. Knowing and understanding the customer's specific needs, goals, interests, and future plans are critical to growing with the customer and to creating the necessary customer-supplier partnership. APEL's "Free, Perfect and Now" program keeps everyone's focus on customers. High Performance Manufacturing is an ongoing process at APEL and is achieved by seeking out best practices and continuously improving the operations. This leads to lower costs, better quality and faster response. Personnel at all levels are involved in improving their department. They are regularly exposed to customers, their needs, and their products. Employees are updated quarterly on issues such as sales, manufacturing performances, achievements and plans. Quality is an integral part of everyone's job at APEL. Employee safety is paramount. APEL's Mission Statement was first published in 1992 and has been guiding the organization since. It is still as relevant today as when it was introduced.
